Before it was postcard-pretty, Montmartre was cheap, scandalous and full of geniuses: Picasso, Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec and the cabarets that horrified respectable Paris. This climb covers the windmills, the vineyards, the studios — and ends at Sacré-Cœur with all of Paris at your feet.
The walk starts at Place Saint-Michel (Place Saint-Michel, 75005 Paris) and runs daily at 10:30 and daily at 14:30.
