These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreeTour.travel (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What FreeTour.travel is

FreeTour.travel is a discovery and comparison platform for free walking tours and related travel experiences. We do not organize, operate, or guide any tour ourselves. Every tour listed on the Site is operated by an independent local guide or tour operator ("Operator"), and every booking is made directly with that Operator or through one of our booking partners.

"Free" tours have no upfront ticket price — participants are expected to tip the guide at the end of the tour based on their own judgment of the experience. FreeTour.travel is not a party to that transaction and does not collect, hold, or process tips.

2. Third-party bookings and affiliate links

Some links on the Site — including "Reserve your free spot" buttons and hotel or activity listings — lead to third-party booking platforms (such as Civitatis, Viator, or Agoda). We participate in affiliate programs with these partners, which means we may earn a commission if you complete a booking through one of these links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, pricing, availability, cancellation policy, or conduct of any third-party Operator or booking platform. Any dispute about a specific tour or booking must be resolved directly with the Operator or platform you booked through.

3. Accuracy of information

Tour details (schedules, meeting points, languages, descriptions) are sourced from our Operators and partners and may be generated or translated with the help of automated systems, including AI. While we work to keep this information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee it is error-free at every moment — always confirm exact meeting times and locations with your Operator before a tour.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content or database at scale;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting guides or operators.

5. Intellectual property

The FreeTour.travel name, logo, and original site content are our property or that of our licensors. Tour descriptions, photos, and other content sourced from Operators or affiliate partners remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeTour.travel is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or any tour, booking, or interaction with an Operator or third-party platform found through it.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
